Stuff where appalling, beds were comfortable and more than adequate breakfasts. The atmosphere created here was family. Easy check-in, late check-out. The best sand beach I've seen before.

Good value for price in a charming area. Lively staff, luxurious bathroom & fine beds - all for a decent stay. Glorious view of canal. It was fairly clean and everything was great. Lovely interior, average restaurant. Riverside location, not very far from coral island amusement center.

Liked it and would return here. The hotel is very clean and is nice place for a couple of nights. The triple room suited us: it had coffee/tea makers and a flat screen TV. The restaurant was located within 300 metres.

Location met needs well. Can't find anything wrong, we would definitely visit it again if in Blackpool.
